Robert Hein MD - Pain Management
Dr. Robert Hein is Dual Fellowship Trained and a Quadruple Board Certified Doctor specializing in Interventional pain, addiction, sports medicine Orthopedic and Spine.
Dr. Hein is an expert in disc degeneration, annular tears, spinal stenosis, facet syndrome, and other painful spine conditions. Additionally, Dr. Hein specializes in joint and soft tissue injuries such as arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, and neuritis. With over 15 years of clinical practice, he integrates his highly specialized training to apply diagnostic assessment on an individualized basis. He has a proven track record of clinical improvement where other treatment approaches have previously failed.
Scott Kutz MD - Neurosurgery
Scott C. Kutz, MD is a board certified neurosurgeon. He earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He completed his surgical internship and neurosurgical residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, and a stereotactic and functional neurosurgery fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Kutz has been a Fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons since 2011 and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons since 2010. He is a member of several associations, including the American Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery, the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
Aaron Eubanks MD FAAOS - Orthopedic Surgery
Dr. Aaron C. Eubanks is a board certified, fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. In practice since 2008, Dr. Eubanks specializes in the non-operative, operative and rehabilitative treatment of various conditions of the bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments of both adults and children. His patients have access to the latest in orthopedic and sports medicine care including advanced minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques and procedures.
Calvin Rushing DPM Foot and Ankle
Dr. Calvin J. Rushing, DPM is a fellowship-trained podiatric surgeon with specialty in advanced reconstruction, including total ankle replacement, arthroscopic cartilage repair, deformity correction, minimally invasive surgery, sports injuries, and trauma. Dr. Rushing is a devoted patient advocate, whose approaches center around both patient education and the latest evidence-based research.
Don West MD - Physiatrist
Dr. West graduated from University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio Long School of Medicine. Dr. Don West, MD is a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician in Dallas, TX and has 43 years experience. Dr. West is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Dr. West specializes in treating patients with impaired function most often from sequelae to stroke, spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, amputations, neuromuscular disorders, nonoperative sports and spine injuries, and chronic pain to name a few.
Diana Godinez DNP
Dr. Godinez is a decorated combat war Veteran who served with the US Army. She served on deployments in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. She is a Doctoral prepared nurse practitioner, with a focus on family and acute care. She earned her Doctorate Degree in nursing from the University of Texas in Arlington where her dissertation on continuous glucose monitoring on Type 2 diabetes Mellitus patients was selected for national publication. Dr. Godinez has over 10 years of experience working in the DFW area providing quality care to underserved communities throughout the DFW area managing chronic conditions, acute care, occupational medicine, and performing minor emergency procedures.
Ben Kim MD - Anesthesia / Pain Management
Dr. Benjamin H Kim, MD, is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Board eligible in Pain Management. Dr. Kim graduated from UT San Antonio Medical School and then attended residency at UT Southwestern with an emphasis on pain management. He then completed his fellowship in liver transplant at Baylor University Medical Center. Dr. Kim has over 22 years of experience in various procedures such as lumbar ESI facet injections, spinal cord stimulators (cervical & lumbar), pain pumps, intrathecal pain pumps and endoscopic laser procedures.
Johnny White MD - Anesthesia /Pain Management
Dr. Johnny White is an Anesthesiology Specialist who provides specialized Interventional Pain Management services. He graduated with honors from Duke University School Of Medicine in 1979. He completed residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Johnny White, MD is a pain management specialist with over 45 years of experience in the medical field.
Charity Ogunro MD - Orthopedic Hand
Dr. Ogunro is an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery. Practicing for over 15 years in Dallas, Texas, She graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 2007 and completed her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine - Montefiore Medical Center. She then went on to complete her Fellowship in hand and upper extremity microvascular surgery.
Dr. Ogunro has authored, co-authored and presented multiple research publications to include Avulsion Injuries of the Nail Bed Do Not Need Nail Bed Graft, Arthroscopic ‘filling’ of Hills Sachs Lesions, and Current Indications and Outcomes of Total Wrist Arthroplasty.

Dr. Seena Rohani DO is a board certified in Occupational and preventative medicine. Dr. Seena Rohani has been practicing in Dallas for approximately 5 years in Dallas, Texas. He received his medical degree from UNTHSC School of Medicine and has been in practice for over 9 years.

Our physicians are trained in occupational medicine and injury care. Our office is equipped to diagnose and treat work-related injuries. We currently treat federal and state workers compensation claims and are current with their regulations for workforce health and safety, including OSHA and DOT.
